These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bolsillo mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by GEEKDEV TECHNOLOGIES, SRL ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bolsillo on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the app except as permitted by law.

2. Disclaimer

Bolsillo is not a financial advisor. This is not financial advice. Budgets, totals, and projections are informational summaries of figures you enter yourself. They are not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Bolsillo does not connect to your bank and cannot verify the accuracy of any figure you record.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it — including by attempting to disrupt the Service, access it through unauthorized means, or infringe the rights of others.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

New users receive a time-limited trial of all premium features. When the trial ends, Bolsillo continues to work with its free features, and premium features are offered as an auto-renewing subscription.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
  • Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, content, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end the Service, or these Terms, if you breach them or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Apple App Store terms

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. To the extent the app is downloaded from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any maintenance, support, and warranty obligations are ours alone, not Apple's.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which GEEKDEV TECHNOLOGIES, SRL is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
